1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering on the Mnyivindi microfinance application platform, or by submitting a loan inquiry (Business, Employee, Rent/Fee, Medical, or Emergency facilities), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to all terms stated herein, you are advised not to proceed with any digital application or financial transaction through this platform.


2. Loan Eligibility & Criteria

To qualify for credit allocation under Mnyivindi, applicants must satisfy standard compliance benchmarks:

  • Must be a Tanzanian citizen or legally registered commercial entity operating within Tanzania.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application submission.
  • Must demonstrate verifiable cash flow, active enterprise operational records, or valid salary/payroll documentation depending on the requested facility type.
  • For Employee Loans, explicit paycheck deduction verification or employer guarantees may be required.

3. Application & Veracity of Information

You certify that all personal details, financial records, identity documents, and operational data supplied during the application workflow are accurate, complete, and current.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a breach of contract and may result in immediate loan termination, acceleration of balance recovery, and reporting to legal authorities and Credit Reference Bureaus.


4. Interest Rates & Repayment Structure

All loans extended by Mnyivindi are subject to interest rates, processing fees, and repayment timelines agreed upon prior to capital disbursement.

  • Repayment schedules are clearly specified in your individual Loan Authorization Agreement.
  • Disbursements are wired directly to verified bank accounts or recognized mobile wallet phone numbers.
  • Early settlement is permitted and may qualify for interest adjustments based on your loan agreement tier.

5. Late Payments & Default Consequences

Failure to remit scheduled loan payments on or before the due date constitutes a default event. In the event of default:

  • Late payment interest penalties may be accrued daily as detailed in your specific loan terms.
  • Mnyivindi reserves the right to initiate recovery procedures through authorized debt collection agencies or legal avenues.
  • Default records will be reported to licensed Credit Reference Bureaus in accordance with regulatory laws.

6. Platform & Intellectual Property

All content, structural design layouts, logos, calculators, codebases, and visual branding on this platform are the property of Mnyivindi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any component of this digital system without prior written consent.


7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, including regulations established by the Bank of Tanzania for microfinance service providers. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
